Over the last few years I have been running a number of short courses for adults on natural history topics. These courses are usually run for another organisation or at a training centre. I usually use the facilities and equipment available at the centre. This will include equipment such as microscopes and audio visual aids. In certain circumstances I can bring along a limited amount of equipment.

For those courses where equipment is provided, by myself or the students, then the venue can be anywhere indoors. It will generally be something like a community hall. The venue just has to be able to safely accommodate the number of students with desks and provide power and light. It goes without saying it has to be secure and have basic toilet and washing facilities.
